No two events are the same, so it’s hard to have preset packages that meet the needs of every client. The most simple event is where you have a piano already on site and need an hour or two of music. There is no additional charge for travel to locations within 20 miles of Bloomington, Indiana. Scott will bring all equipment needed for a flat fee in addition to the hourly rate (all you need to provide is electricity).
For many events (weddings especially), there are many things to consider including:
- Travel Time/Mileage/Setup (to the event and any rehearsals)
- Using on-site sound equipment or needing to bring sound equipment
- Wireless microphones for officiant
- Coordination/rehearsal with other singers or instrumentalists (often with rehearsals in advance of the ceremony)
- Special requests (require additional rehearsal time)
If you are able to provide the details of your event then Scott will provide you a quote depending on these variables. He will make every reasonable effort to work within your budget.
