The Three P’s

Planning a wedding or special event is stressful enough. You don’t need to worry if any of your vendors are going to be reliable. With my clients, I like to refer to “The Three P’s”:

Professional – You will receive prompt responses, or at a minimum an acknowledgment to let you know I received your communication and when you may expect a response. Responses will be helpful and informative, helping us both prepare for a performance that will exceed your expectations.

Prepared – This includes having the right equipment and musical preparation. Based upon the information provided by each client I will bring the equipment needed to ensure success and be prepared to play any special requests we have discussed. I will rehearse with vocalists or instrumentalists as needed to provide the best possible result.

Punctual – After all of the preparation has taken place, if a vendor doesn’t show up on time then they do not help make your day a success. In decades of playing I haven’t been late yet — and don’t plan to start now. I will arrive at the venue well in advance to ensure all equipment is ready for the start of your event.
